    Microsoft and Xbox will not help you get your money back if you redeem a gift card in the wrong account. they just stole 10.00 from a 9 yr old! He worked hard for his money and all he wanted to do was get some Overwatch loot boxes. He accidentally entered
    it in to my account and and now there is now way (because of their business practice) to get my son his money back. This is shameful and I will only be letting him play on the PS4 from now on. Sony actually lets you fix things like this. Now to move to apple
    computers. Wow microsoft steals from little kids.

    Opinion on which game I should go with.

    Screw the Amazon gift cards get the Xbox gift cards and use them towards any dlc, digital games, or game sales that come along that interest you. The Xbox gift cards are cheaper than the Amazon ones as well.

    I don't think you can... Last time I did it, it just screwed up my billing address and it doesn't accept any CC from my region. I'm using Gift Cards by now. If you still didn't change your Xbox live region, then I suggest you keep it this way.

    I haven't encountered any company that doesn't refund gift cards and Microsoft itself refunds Microsoft Store gift cards, it's only Xbox gift cards that seem to be non-refundable for reasons no one can explain to me. Guess I'm just screwed :(

    Was it an Xbox gift card or a prepaid gold card? Gift cards only add funds to your account, they don't add gold.
