Dont region lock the Xbox store and / or Xbox store web site.

Microsoft its still region lock the language of the Xbox store and Xbox.com store. You can't see anything from the main screen in the Xbox one store and you can't see all games in the Xbox.com store in any language but English. You can see an error message.
This error is continuous. I think some employees don't remember that there are no more languages region lock and still prepare code for region locking purposes. I think this is the main reason for that continuous and persistent problem and errors in the
Store or other section of Xbox One and Xbox.com

buying Xbox game not tracked in reward program

If the web address is microsoftstore.com, that is Microsoft's retail store and is not the same as the Xbox store. You would be buying either a physical disc or a downloadable code from that site. Only offers that specify making the purchase from microsoftstore.com
will qualify for that. This site would look like this - Buy Halo Wars 2 for Xbox One - Microsoft Store

If the web address is microsoft.com, that is part of the Xbox Store and those purchases would count. The site would look like this - Buy Halo Wars 2 - Microsoft Store

My Account wont Change to the new region

First of all Hi

my name is Joseph

and i have a Problem

i have Change my account region from US united states to SA saudi arabia

and it was successful changed but the
Problem was every time i go to the store in my xbox360 the price and the items are from the us store

even in xbox web site the same price and items are form us store even if i am using xbox saudi arabia web site

and konw this i have changed my account Before this
. and no problem

whit is the problem now ???????

any one can help me

Not necessarily. It depends on whether the game and codes themselves are region locked. You should contact the store/site to confirm this or go to the Halo 4 forums and ask there if anyone knows if the games will be region locked.

Are you accessing it from the black ops store or the xbox store

For season pass holders you MUST DOWNLOAD from within the black ops store that is wirh any season pass games

The Xbox store content is for individual purchase not season pass

Only option is to refund it and you buy it from an etailer from YOUR region

Currency cards and gifting has always been region locked

Ms nor sony are banks they dont conversions and are not licensed as such

Ms doesnt handle xbox issues nor does xbox support have any emails

You have to contacr xbox support not ms store
