    To whom it may concern,

    I lost access to my Age of Empires 3 Online account. I get my name account but when i want to recover my password, after answering my secret question, any message is going to my email to recover my password.

    Hi GabrielJorgeB, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, did you purchase the game through Microsoft Store? If yes, kindly make sure that you're signed in under the account where the game was purchased.

    Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, locate the game and make sure that the status is "completed". Once confirmed, sign out on your Microsoft Store App as well as your Xbox App, and then quit both apps before signing back in under the correct Microsoft account.
