Don't Recognize Pass code Question

I'm trying to sell my Xbox 360 right now, but in order to actually sell it I have to reset the entire system. I don't remember my pass code nor the pass code question. If anyone here can help me that would be great.

Hello Omega,

I'm sure you recognize how simply playing the game through game pass is not a viable option. I was promised a game code. Game passes aren't free.

Hello again, may be another type of HD brand, the question is put in the case, as it is white mark sometimes it is not passing the necessary information by the cable that the Xbox needs to recognize the SSD.

I have this same problem but my perants didnt set the pass code and i dont know the "favourite movie" question. So how do i Get rid of the pass code? :S (the console is pre owned which explains the pass code question)
