Don't receive XBOX Briefing gift

Hello everyone,

I watched the XBOX Briefing on the Mixer app (on the smartphone) on June 10th. For this I logged in with my XBOX account.

I was on the XBOX channel long time before the stream was started and watched it until the end.
About 8 hours before the start i let the stream passively run in the background. 3-4 hours before the stream started, I was really on the stream (XBOX channel) and looked at the entire stream . I think that I belong to the one million viewers who watched
the stream first of all.

Since then, more than a week has passed.

I would like to ask why I did not receive the game "Outer Wilds" or any items?

Did not receive Xbox Briefing Mixpot

I watched both the Xbox Briefing and Inside Xbox live on Mixer. I received the mixpot for the Inside Xbox, but have not received the one for the briefing. I checked my account, and the brifing items do not appear there, while the Inside Xbox ones do.
