Don't receive notifications and cannot send messages

Discus and support Don't receive notifications and cannot send messages in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I do not receive notifications and every time I try to send messages it says message not sent.     Don't receive notifications and cannot send messages


    I do not receive notifications and every time I try to send messages it says message not sent. I don't know if I got reported from other people or it's a problem with Xbox?

    Not receiving Messages notification on my Xbox One but receive them on the beta app on my PC, any solutions?

    When I get on my Xbox One X I don't receive notifications when someone sends me a message I have all my setting allows popup notifications but I still don't receive them, I get the notification and the popup on my Beta app but that's it any solutions.

    not receiving notification for game and party invites

    For the last month or so since the November update I've been unable to receive any game notifications from anyone including friends and clan members. I can send and receive message just not getting any notifications that I have messages.

    Don't receive notifications and cannot send messages

    You can log in on this page and find that information:
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements

    If there is no enforcement action in place then try this:

    Go to
    Sign in to your Microsoft account
    look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

    If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

    Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
    Yes to confirm.

    Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

    Can't receive Social Notifications But can send out.

    Nope...Still the same, I can send them and they popup, but when I receive messages the arrive without word and game invites don't even show up in the notification tab of the snap box.

    Having the same issue. when i send a message it looks like it goes through but the other party does not receive the message (confirmed via text messages on phone). Also, when I receive messages I do not get notifications. This started happening a couple
