As for the bot, have you followed these steps?

To take questions through the Megabot via Skype, you must add the Megabot to your contact list through People.Live.com. To do so, follow these steps:

Sign in to People.Live.com with the Microsoft Account and password associated with your Ambassadors profile.

On the top of the screen, select "Manage" and "Invite on Messenger."

You should see "XboxAmbassadors" appear on your Skype contact list shortly after.

Once you've added the Megabot, you should receive questions through Skype at random intervals. To adjust how often you'd like to receive a question - or to prohibit the bot from sending any questions - simply message the bot, and you will be prompted to
configure your chat delay settings. You can change this setting at any time by messaging the bot.

i dont get no messages at all on skype from the Ambassador and it been like this for 3 weeks now im always online

I have been accepted it seems. I just reached level 1 and have been earning XP the last 2 days from Enforcement United. Only Xbox Ambassadors have access to the Enforcement United beta. The other features however, are not accessible; Ambassabank, Ambassador
private forums, Ambassador crest on gamercard, and MegaBot will not show up in my Skype contacts, even after I merged my MS account with my Skype accout.

When applying for a position you should never tell the (possible) employer when they can contact you for an interview but wait for them to contact you as was stated at the bottom of the application page.
