Don't punish me and not them.

Ok, so let me give everyone some background. I was playing Rainbow Six Seige and enjoying my day when I came across a team who was wayyy to good to be in casual. So I'm playing, and out of nowhere I see some guy put himself right up to a wall and glitch
his head through. He then runs out and shotguns me right where I am outside. From the killcam, he glitches his PoV outside and notices my head. Only, the walls were reinforced and there was no mira. So I message him kys, stupid of me, but I was angry that
things like that happen and they go off scott-free. I just want to know why I get punished and not them. I called a guy stupid for tking me all 3 rounds in a casual warm-up match and I got an enforcement notice for 2 days! Xbox, get your stuff together, I
know it's not ok to call people retarded or for them to kys, but sometimes you gotta let it go. I say one thing and now I can't communicate with everyone. Sometimes you need to let it slide due to the circumstances and get some context on the situation before
you cut off comms. I accidenrly tked today and couldn't explain myself, now some poor guy thinks I was being rude when it was actually an accident. I just want some clarification and some sort of way for you guys to better decide when it's ok to take enforcement
action. C'mon, you would be mad if some guy kept trolling you and killing you then you get punished for being mad? Didn't think so.

TL;DR: Don't punish people for getting mad at trolls and teamkillers unless you have context.

Camping / sniping complaints

I love it when people complain about me not making myself an easy target, and at the same time punish them for their lazy tactics when they don't clear a location. I can't think of a single location on a map where a camper isn't vulnerable.

 

Only 2 maps in January.

I just thought of something.

What if it tries to pull a World at War move and kick you out of lobbies if you don't have the map in question? That's bullshit on a whole nother level, and that's something I'm not gonna tolerate.

I don't care about map packs. Don't punish me just because I won't buy them.

I understand, the problem is all I did was say one word, now yes it was rude, but it's something that is said all of the time. Besides, I understand I shouldn't be rude or offensive, but people are people, and not everyone is 10 years old, a friend of mine
who is 22 years old got comms banned for a month for calling a kid who was glitching, cheating, being unfair, and abusing to his teammates a retard. Now I know it's not nice for people to say that stuff but cmon, he's 22, not all of us are going to talk and
act like 10 year olds, we're gonna talk and act like our age. At least set guidelines by age or loosen up. Because 1 month for calling someone a retard, that's a bit extreme. People get angry, especially in unfair situations. All I ask is that certain factors
such as age and the current situation are taken into consideration.

 

Factors such as age and the situation dont matter when everything online is supposed to be kept "E for everyone".

If you do/say something against the code of conduct then you can get suspended. Everyone has to follow the same rules regardless of age.

I would look over the code of conduct to make yourself familiar with it so you dont get suspended or banned anymore. As stated by ngocphi if you have a 3 month suspension then another suspension after this one could result in your account (or worse, your
entire console) being banned permanently. 3 month suspensions are pretty much a final warning.
