    Don't own an Xbox, but would like to change my gamertag


    I created my gamertag years ago when I was young and foolish, and because I don't want to be laughed and scorned at, I want to change my gamertag so when Windows 10 rolls out I can talk to friends on XBL and play stuff with them like Fable etc. Now I don't
    own an Xbox so I can't pony up and change my gamertag. I tried downloading Windows 10 but that didn't work out so I can't see if the new app for it lets you do that. Can someone from Xbox change my gamertag to: jamaican0117?

    I'd like to change my gamertag too, but I can't because I don't own Xbox.

    Gfwl gamertag changing is not working because there are still Microsoft Points and it's not updated.

    Need Assistance Changing XBOX Live Gamertag

    Hello every one. I no longer own an xbox but my gamertag is used on my windows phone. I would like to change my gamertag. I've tried to do this through my home PC using games for windows live, but it gives an error code every time I try and add microsoft
    points to change it.

    It looks like it would work... but it won't let you change it. I tried highlighting words in the field of my gamertag, but it wouldn't work. I click change my gamertag and it sends me to how to change it on X360.

    At this time you can only change your gamertag via the console.

    Support no longer has an email.
