Don't open my browser without my permission

I like Windows 10... up to a point. It tests my patience sometimes, and I can be given to wonder whether I own my computer in the things I choose to do with it and put on it, or Microsoft.

It's particularly presumptuous of MS to decide that when I open a game, that game should open my browser for a survey. If you must - though I'm not even keen on this - bring up a box asking if I would like to take part in a survey. But leave my browser
out of it.

Good job, guys, 10 is a neat operating system for all the knocks it gets but please... a bit more respect for your customers.

Solitaire Won't Open

Since October 1, 2016 I can't open any of my Microsoft Casual games. The screen opens, and then closes without opening the game. I've checked my Norton firewall, permissions are correct for all the games. Any help would be appreciated.

My gamertag was changed without my permission

Hi,

My Gamertag was changed without my authorization a long time ago. My gamertag was "Vpz" and now it is "". I tried to call xbox support once it happened and they told me it was "archived" or "put on the shelf" and that I would have to wait over 10 years
to get it back... I'm the original owner of the account and still have the email so I don't see why this is such a hard fix. I've called multiple times over the past few years and I get different answers from each person, some saying they will put in a "escalation
request" or something like that, and others over complicating it. I've had the gamertag for a long time and I just want it back.

I would hope that the option is with the player. I don't want my gamer tag or even my ESO ID broadcast that widely without my permission. In a game that large I want to hide behind more than one wall; it's just asking for trouble to have anything associated
with a password hanging out in the open for all to see.

It is possible that an incorrect settings caused this issue on your Xbox app. For us to isolate the main issue, we would like to confirm if this issue happens when you're accessing a specific game only? Meanwhile, following the steps below will help us correct
your Xbox app settings:

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the Run troubleshooter button on this link.

Step 2: Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
