I checked And I only see where I got charged for the base Ga scan I don't know it does not show anywhere what the $107 charge was for How can I just get ahold of Microsoft to see why they charge me a $107 why is not showing up in my purchase history

I'm not sure why they're charging $0.50, but this is an actual law. Technically if you're under the age of 13, your parents need to give permission to allow you to use your Xbox online. Get more info here:

I still don't know why they're charging $0.50, sounds fishy to me.

It's a permanent ban, and I have zero access to any support. I have tried calling and everything. I don't know who to contact, or why they are even charging me on a permanently banned account. I tried to appeal but they denied it.
