Don't know who to contact about my issue listed below, any support is greatly appreciated

Hello, to begin the issue, I need to explain the background of what's happened up to this point. I apologize if this is not the correct area to post, but it's my last resort as I don't know where else to go to.

From the beginning, I purchased an Astro A40 Headset with a Mixamp in January and have been enjoying it. I sent a game clip to a friend of mine the other day and he asked why there wasn't any audio with it, so I checked and he was correct. I went through all my recordings I made from January and all of them had no audio except for a few which I know I didn't have the Mixamp and Headset connected to my Headset. I've gotten in contact with Astro and went through their troubleshooting stuff, which was for microphones which isn't the issue at all. Eventually, after some not so passive aggressiveness from me, as they were trying to troubleshoot an issue I said wasn't an issue right from the beginning, they told me that they couldn't help me as they make the headsets and that the software for the Mixamp is made by Microsoft (if my understanding is correct, it's a little hard to understand what they are saying). So I went and got support, which eventually turned out to not work as well. I'm now stuck in a situation where I can't replace my new headset, and I cannot get any support on what the issue is, so if anyone is able to help me at all I greatly appreciate it.

I understand that the issue itself is incredibly minor, not having audio on recordings I make, but it's still an issue nonetheless. I just need some guidance on what to do or where to go. Thank you for any support.
