Xbox one alambric control

Hi! I just came home from buying a xbox one halo 5 edition (and an alambric control) and here's the deal... the plug from the control is kinda circular shape (don't ask for the name) and I don't know where to plug it... somebody knows? Or do I have to buy
an adaptor for an usb entrance? (In that case, do you know how much it is? $$)

you are 100% you used the correct account to sign up?

If so, then it seems that somehow a second account was created on your account, which overrules your correct account.

In such case I would adivse to contact official Xbox Support so they can double check if there are indeed two accounts connected to the same email (Microsoft Account)

Since this shouldn't be possible they should also be able to assist you in fixing the issue, so the correct account can resurface.
