I keep getting Disconnected from Xbox live now and again. is there a problem with the console or is it something else, I have tried this on different cable's and also on wireless network. I have also rebooted the network router and still getting kicked
off live now and then. I am playing GTA 5 and Call of Duty 3.. any help would be good thanks

Keep disconnecting from xbox live

Someone please help i dont now what to do i keep getting disconnected from xbox live all the time now during games an apps ive done a clear system cache an reset the modem an even tried wired connection i dont know what to do i live with my girlfriend
an her xbox is wired connection an mine is wireless but we've already tried both xboxs being wired an wireless someone please help

Hey there eddiethekiller,

Sorry to hear about the disconnection issues. Have you been able to try this guide for random disconnection issues? You might need to do something as simple as restarting your internet modem and router. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Hi the same problem is happening to me i will be playing a game then it says disconnected from xbox live the next day its fine for a couple hours then the same thing over and over.And its only the xbox not my pc.I dont know if its just some problems with

I'm kind of having the same kind of issue. For some reason, I keep getting disconnected from xbox live, and when I try to log back in, it says that it can't be able to log me in and that I have to check the connection between xbox live and the internet.
The internet is 100% fine, the xbox live service here is still ok, and connection is great, but I don't know what the problem is then. My 360 is fine, so what's the problem then?

I have Xbox Live connection all the time but suddenly DISCONNECT! i dont know why! my internet is working normal!
