Dont know the parenatl code

Hi, I've bought my xbox 360 from Pawn shop, and there's a family parenatl code blocking all games, I dont have the code This is my dashboard: 2.0.17489.0. Could someone please help me?

Hey there.

If it's the Family Settings passcode if you have forgot it then you would need to call Xbox Support as they are the only ones that can reset it.

just bought a used x-box 360 from a friend. he forgot passcode. Is there anyway to enter a new passcode w/o knowing the old one?

i would also like to know if a code would work. because if the card dont work but i can still go out and buy a code and i know it will work then i would be happy to do that, i just dont want to buy a code and it not work

So I’m trying to buy a 17+ game but it says I’m not old enough and to “give this code to an adult”. I dont have any family settings connected to my Xbox1, and I dont know how to “give the code to an adult” so i can play the game. Please help? (I am under
18 i just dont know who to give the “code” to or where the code even is.)
