    If i go to account.live.com. Theres no apparent issue so i dont know how to proceed with fixing this in the web. This message appears from the xbox after i enter my passkey so im unable to login under my son’s account.

    Hi Klubbie

    A passkey is required in order to change settings on the master account. However if you use a passkey in order to login to your Xbox Live account and other people know this passkey as well, they will be able to change settings on the master account as it
    is the same passkey.

    i cant login to the account cause i dont know the password for the account and when i try to reset it it wont let me cause it say it don't have enough information to say it is my account
