Dont know if its my xbox or my account

so yesterday when i got home i tried to play gta and it kept popping up asking for the owner of the game to sign in, it also did it with other games and eventually i got to the point where i put everything onto an external hard drive and returned my xbox
to factory settings. But now my cbox wont even let me sign into my account, every single time i try it comes up with and error code or it says to try again later... that was lastnight and its still doing it i just dont know what to do.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

 

Setting up accounts for family members

Hooked up today for the christmas present and i have my account on there. How do i set my 8 year old up with an account. It seems that when i tried, it asked for an email. He doesnt have an email, do i really have to make an email account up just for him to play. It seems that he was able to play games under my account and able to talk to the xbox and give it comands, it just seems hard sometimes for connect to recognize him. If i dont add him, can he still turn it on by saying xbox on or does it have to be me? I dont mind him logged in under me, he cant buy anything since its code protected, i just dont know if its worth setting up a seperate log. In just for him....

Thoughts or ideas or am i missing something?
