    Don't know if it belongs in this forum but..........


    I have a 2tb Toshiba external hard drive that isnt recognized suddenly. It was working fine last night. But now it just comes on and then goes off after about 5 minutes. Anyone else having this issue ?

    I really don't know if this should go in this forum but

    I'm not able to send messages to my friends and it keeps telling me to go the Xbox support website and I did however it didn't solve my problem. Can anyone help me?

    Don't know if it belongs in this forum but..........

    Can you try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

    I have done that, i have actually power cycled it while unplugging all chords. I even chatted with an online support agent and they cant help me either. I honestly believe it has to do with the update i downloaded right before it started doing this.
