Don’t know how to redeem code

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring how to redeem the pre-paid code you received for purchasing the promotional Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Once you receive the code for the Spotify subscription, this would have to be redeemed on your Spotify account, as if you were to attempt to redeem this code on your Microsoft account, you would then be prompted to redeemed this code on another site.

I hope this was able to clear up any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

Kindly enter your code following the steps to redeem code.

Redeming code on Windows 10

1. Sign in to your PC (make sure you’re signed in with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code with).
2. Press the Start button, type store, then select Microsoft Store.
3. Select More … > Redeem a code.
4. Enter the 25-character code, then follow the prompts. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you
