Dont hear other player voices

The correct thing is not to hear yourself, to hear your voice is because there is a return and something is wrong and bothers you and the other players, that way I believe everything is right, is there any reason to want to hear your own voice?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Xbox LIVE! Okay, this may be due to some of your privacy settings in terms of your communication. Have you tried visiting that area of your settings to make sure that some things aren't restricted for communication?
If not, here is a guide on how to do so:

1. Go to Settings and select Privacy
2. Select Customise.
3. Select Voice and Text, then select either Everyone or Friends Only.
   
4. Select Save and Exit.

Note If you are using a child account on Xbox Live, the parent account must approve this change.

i am receiving vulgar messages from gt [Mod Removed] and i want to see that somthing is done about it. saying hes *** my momma specificly and other language through voice messages to me. i do not know this player but i dont pay to hear that from people i
dont know. i have blocked this players communications and have reported the issue and i will see to it that somthing is done about it. i would press charges if i could.

Okay, so I don't think there is a way to just turn off voice commands but you can turn off the kinect. say "Xbox, go to settings" and go to the kinect settings and you can turn it off. That or you could wear a headset and then other players voices won't
be going through the tv and you can still have voice commands and hear the other players.

On Xbox One

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select System > Settings > Ease of Access > Game transcription.
2. To transcribe other players' voices into text, select Speech-to-text on.
3. To have your chat text read aloud to other players, select Text-to-speech on. To choose the voice that other players will hear when your chat text is read aloud, select one of the available voices in the Text-to-speech voice menu.
4. To have games read aloud certain words that appear on the screen, select Let games read to me.

On Windows 10

1. Open the Xbox app and go to Settings > General > Game chat transcription.
2. To transcribe other players' voices into text, select Speech-to-text on.
3. To have your chat text read aloud to other players, select Text-to-speech on.
4. To choose the voice that other players will hear when your chat text is read aloud, select one of the available voices in the Text-to-speech voice menu.
