i bought the season passes for call of duty: advanced warfare and call of duty: ghost but when i load the game it tells me that the package is lost or broken and when i go to re-download them it tells me that i didn't pay for them and i dont have them

Can you try and run an Xbox LIVE Connection test on your console. This should update your account. Let us know if the problem continues

To do this, press the Guide button on your controller, go to
Settings, and select System Settings. Select Network Settings, select
Wired Network or your wireless network name (if you are prompted to do so), and then select
Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

I bought something and I dont have it anymore

I played rocket league for a long time so I bought a car after 3 months I uninstalled the game then reinstalled it a bit later I went to my ready to install and only see 4 out of the 5 cars I have bought and wanna know if its possible to get my car back

Are you logged in to the account that was used to purchase the game? Please make sure that you have the purchase transaction by going to
https://account.microsoft.com > Payment & Billing > Order history. If you can see the purchase and you're using the same account/Gamertag in your console and still asking to pay for it when you try
to install it, you might have a license issue for the game.

You should have the option to install the game by going to Store> Search for the game title> Install.
