Don't have required permissions

my son can't get online play. We signed him up with a 3 month subscription and I checked the settings on my parent account and his account and it's still not working. When I'm signed into my account, it shows I do not have a subscription, but when he signs
in, the subscription is there. But it still won't work. We already wasted the 14 day trial because of the same issue

Problem with Xbox Live Gold

Hi

I have Xbox Live Gold until July/2017, but isn't working.

I can't download the games "Free with Gold", I can't play online because I don't have the permission required.

Any help?

My gamertag is: GuiSellini

A child's account is blocked by default in using online features for obvious reasons.

I checked all of the settings and it was not blocked, that's why I said "I checked all the settings" I ended up resetting the Xbox and starting from scratch, by adding my account first and then adding his account to the family and it worked fine. If you
were trying to be helpful and not just snarky, your response would have included steps to unblock the child's account. Don't waste people's time with responses like this. Thank you.

Can you please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and make sure that the following setting is all set to "Allow"?

After that, try to buy Minecraft realm again.

That's odd, it should be visible on our order history. When you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders were you able to check everything?

If you have canceled the subscription this may mean that you will no longer have access to the subscription. In regards to the charge, you can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:
