    A lot of time "deluxe" items are a separate download from the game itself have you check under manage game for any other downloads available?

    Knowing the game and what you are missing would be helpful as well.

    Was this item promise by a game from game progession or Xbox?

    If its was promised by a game from completing a mission>>>I recommend reaching out to the game developers. They would be the only ones who can help with this issue.
