    You don’t need to re install the game just reset your x box. You will need to know your log in info though. Just go to settings system console info then reset. Make sure to keep games and apps and that will fix it.

    Has anyone tried this? I feel like you don’t need to reset the Xbox for this app to work. I am having the same issue. Works before I input my ESPN+ log in info and then gives me the same error after. Seems like an app issue.

    Hi Drakon, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that according to Mojang once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:registered: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account. 

    If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.
