    atavar and paying for it, can anyone please help, never played anything or spoke with anyone, I cant get through to Microsoft to help me, my grandchildren play on my computer, so this is how it must have been started around 2 yrs ago, can anyone do something

    Xbox One Live gold won't work

    in settings it says that I have Xbox live gold. But on any game that I have it says I don't. So I can't play online even though I am paying for it

    I have gold but Xbox thinks I don't

    I need help I purchased a prepaid Xbox live gold card and it was working for a few days but now the Xbox says I need to buy a new one. The card I bought was a year's subscription.

    Please contact Xbox Support by phone 1-800-469-9269 ( 1-800-4-My-Xbox) if you are in the U.S or Canada. If you are not in one of those 2 country's please let me know what country you are from and I will get you the correct support number.

    You'll want to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can remove it. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but if it's not attached to your account and they can't
    find it on your account, contact the credit card company or whoever the funds came from and alert them to it and they can cancel the charge.

    @Angryvato - To be fair, saying "use it if you like and don't if you don't" is not a great rebuttal, considering you have to pay for Kinect if you buy an Xbox One. For those who genuinely would never use it, they are paying for a piece of technology that's
    only going to collect dust. Maybe they could sell it, but then who is going to buy it when every Xbox One comes with one anyway?

    MS need to have two SKU, one with Kinect and one without. If I buy a New Xbox I don't want to pay more for it just because of Kinect.
