don't count achievement

in April I received 310 G (Zuma's Revenge), but in the monthly rankings among their friends is not counted

Hi! I've noticed a problem: sometimes (especially when I got many bingos, ex 20-30 per match) at the end of the game my bingos don't count on my rating. Why is that? Is there a solution? If yes tell me please!

When you run into this issue, are you connected to the internet or is it disconnected? It's likely you are being disconnected which is causing trouble with your rating updating. Keep us in the loop.

Well that's certainly a new issue for us. Let's try some basic troubleshooting to see if it's isolated to your account or if it's a bigger issue. First, try

power cycling your console to see if that makes your Gamerscore show up on the Gamerscore Leaderboard. If not, go ahead and

remove/re-add your profile to your console. If you're still not seeing an update on the Leaderboard, can you try earning a couple Zuma achievements on a different account? This will help us determine if it's related to your account or something else. If
you don't have a second Xbox Live account, you can create a new one and try.
