    Dont call Microsoft Support for help or you will be hung up on and blacklisted from calling them ever again. My computer got ratted and i called them to help me with my account and the lady Jen didn't help me in the slightest and when i told her i
    was upset about no body helping me she hung up on me and blacklisted me from calling. I was not rude to her at all just slightly frustrated about no body helping which i have the right to be. Now i use Gmail and am considering switching to Playstation when
    i upgrade. Everybody knows Microsoft Support are HORRIBLE at doing their job but i had no clue it was this bad!

    Cant sign into xbox live an have tryed changing password Don't call Microsoft support for help. :(

    DLC Doesn't appear as if it has been bought before

    Don't call Microsoft support for help.

    Most of my dealings with support have been ok.Until this week.

    Long story short but I was actually told to repair my console myself by the individual I spoke to,which is strictly against the ToU.He didn't have a clue about the xbox one.

    Thing is,there is no one to complain to,no email address for a complaints department or anything.

    Yeah i went back to ps3 and gmail after that. Lots of money wasted on xbox but at least i can now get the PS4 when i upgrade which peoples votes concluded its better without having to start from scratch. Working on trophies now so i dont look like a noob
    when i get one lol Microsoft you lost a loyal customer to not only xbox but also the email because thats where i have most of my problems and now i cant even call for help i have had multiple accounts in the past with alot of money wasted on them. Better i
    switch now than later though.

    And can you believe what the lady on the phone said she told me i need to pay to call or use the free chat when i already paid for xbox live congratulations Jen your the reason ur company lost a customer. U should be fired

    recover gamertag

    there is no way that you can remove a Microsoft account they don't delete or remove

    So the only way that you can recover that gamertag is if u know the gammertag and Microsoft account call Xbox Support and they help you to recover account

    Synovate Scam

    FYI the Synovate email is actually the feedback form when you call XBOX support now. Xbox now outsources support calls to a call center. Then the call center outsources to Synovate for the feedback form. This is confirmed by Xbox and Microsoft Support Twitter
    and Microsoft Support. Hope this helps out!
