Honestly I'm done with Xbox

I called support the other day and this wonderful lady helped me out. No complaints about her. But since then no one has given me a call back about securing my Acct further since, and it's already been hacked twice. I've never had this problem until they
recommended a stupid outlook acct switch. I own both systems and I never have this problem with PS4 and I actually like Xbox better since all my friends play it, but If they don't care about me then I don't care about them.

I buy a 3 month gold subscription, shows up in my account but doesn't automatically apply it self???? It shouldn't be this hard to enter a code and get on xbox live. But I can't change my payment cause you have it locked in trying to charge it.....I can't
enter a 3 month code cause I get an error code that doesn't register with your error help page....done done done.

Ummm securing your account should've been handled by the lady

There is no call back about any further steps

Did you setup.two.factor authentication?.

This includes an authenticator all that is either your pc or a cellphone

Also setup proper security checks these are questions that are added when you are making any changes to authentication including password or info

This is more the psj provides and psn gets hacked more often

And don't use simple text passwords

Your passwords should be like this A11l3Ecau530fFuN

Not simple text password like applebee

The above would be a simple guess especially if you use it on every website you login

Should.be noted there is a website you can check

You can google to check if your email or certain websites are compromised based on your email

If you see any website you share the same password with maybe you should update your l policy not to use the same password

One thing you can do is use 90dsy password

So it is always changing

A mixed caps.and characters and numbers password would take millionsnof.years to break because it's a random caps and they can only try so many times before they are locked out for 24hiurs
