Done with Xbox Live, and want Refund

I’m being cyber bullied and he got me banned. Xbox support/ambassador told me there’s nothing I can do, and even went as far as to say I’m to blame. So much for a Merry Christmas, thank you Xbox. I gave y’all upwards of $1000 for games, accessories and Xbox
Live for you to not help me in these situations, and hang up on me when I’m seeking help this issue

Why do you want a refund what is wrong with your game?

if you downloaded it from xbox live via your dashboard it says no refunds

 

If I’m not gonna be granted a refund, rest assured that I and anyone else I know will not pay to be treated this way

 

For refunds you would need to contact support and speak to billing, but they generally won't refund you if you've been banned. Per the terms you agreed to, you forfeit anything on an account when you are banned.
