Done with xbox forever because of dumb ban

My cousin was afk in gta 5 and this same guy killed him a bunch. After my cousin came bach the other guy drove off. My cousin then sent that guy a message saying "smh, u ran like a pus" they told me was sexist mysoginistic harassment. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?
pus isnt sexist ITS A CAT. now im banned from communication AND playing with people for 2 weeks. totally ridiculous im going to sell my xbox and buy a ps4 tomorrow if this isnt resolved because im sick of this bs and how enforcement is unfairly banning ppl
for the Littlest things. they even upheld their verdicts even though i clearly wasnt harassing anyone and stated it wasnt a sexist comment. Been playing for 10+years countless games/hours/$ spent 29000+gamerscore btw

to be honest you got my friends account banned and this is stupid very sad because we beat you in a clan battle and xbox still banned the gamertag this is completely dumb of xbox live to ban the creator of my clan because another clan has beef with him and
he said he was going to hack you ? pathetic

 

Console ban past due date

I got a 30-day communication console ban along with a 7-Day multiplayer ban and the multiplayer ban expired within 7 days but the 30-day communication ban is still on my console and it's been past 30 days it's been like 40 days I am not unbanned feel like
I'm being harassed by Xbox spent a lot of money with you guys but why am I still banned for practically nothing could really use some help on this because I just want to bash my head through the wall because of this dumb crap #help #please

 

That word also means something else which I suspect you already know.

You are responsible for your account & anything happening on it.

Hardly Microsofts fault if you are letting other people use your account & sending offensive messages.

The rules are exactly the same over on PSN so have fun.

 

I'm with Daft Badger on this one. However, you can still review your case at enforcement.xbox.com and apply for a review to try and get the ban lifted.

Lol i rerolled this kide care package in cod he kept spamming me so i call him **** at cod and I got banned. I didn’t message even message him first. People are so petty I just wanted to play bo4 tm bc im off from work.

 

Treat this as a valuable lesson. When you do the same thing on other consoles, you'll experience the same result.

Clearly the ban was deserved, You used just one word that was enough to justify the ban, Sony use almost the same type of system for banning players so moving to playstation won't help you there.

 

Clearly deserved ban, other players can run over you million times if ur AFK, and there is no reason to call them like this. It was your option that u did not sign out. And then u call him with the words you have called? Really? There was no reason to write
him message like this. You could just write as example: "Why are you running over me while I am AFK? You are not normal" This is not insulting.

If the same would happen on other consoles, you get banned also.

 

Bit of a warning to you my friend, Sony also bans people for sending abusive messages. So don't be surprised if in the future you get banned from PSN as well.

I was banned for trash talking, All I said was "excuses, ****" and got a two week ban. Oh well, I gues i'll go get that PS4 and play it. Bye Microsoft.
