I got banned until an hour ago (Nov30th) just got lifted but now i cant even use any communication for "Harasment'' yet i don't even remember what i did. XBOX SERIOUS PLAYING A GAME 18+ TALKED TRASH YOU SUSPEND MY CONSOLE!!! Like fix this garbage disney

The 18+ rating is only for purchasing the game and is for game content itself not online Multiplayer.

Suspensions end at the same time they started so for example if your suspension started at 2:30pm then it will end at 2:30pm on the end date,they do not end at midnight on the end date.

As mentioned,the age rating of a game does not apply to the online side,something every game with online tells you.

Age ratings only mean someone under that age can not buy the game,doesn't mean they can't play the game & everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.
