    I'm done! I've been a loyal Xbox customer since day one of the original Xbox. Well now I'm done with it. Xbox One was nothing but a huge LIE from Microsoft.

    Kinect voice commands have been nothing but a giant JOKE! Half the time I need to scream at my system for it to turn on or off. After several attempts I just manually turn it on or off.

    The TV keeps freezing up constantly. I finally had to unhook the Xbox One from my cable box and bam the TV works just fine. I've rerun the setup over and over but nothing. Have done several hard restarts and it still wouldn't fix the problem.

    The system HAS to be hard restarted at least once a day. Games will refuse to load. Apps will refuse to load. And when they do it constantly just goes back to the home screen in the middle of games and apps.

    I'm finished with Microsoft and their terrible system. I'm boxing this POS up and trading it in for a PS4. Good bye forever Microsoft. You just lost a long time loyal customer.

    Also moving as I can't play FIFA due to sore losers. Can't get out of Avoid me and support refuse to help. telling me to buy another account or buy other games to play

    I have been an XBOX customer for over 13 years since the beginning! I recently turned on my Xbox One only to be greeted by a black screen of Death! I called Xbox support and explained to them that I had to send my Xbox360 back for
    repairs 3 times and now this. I refused to pay the repair fee. They insisted there was nothing they could do! Microsoft just lost a great customer. I have bought thousands of dollars in games and products over the years and the fact they are willing to give
    that up for their silly repair fee considering how crappy their hardware quality is not only immoral and infuriating but rather stupid from a business perspective. Everyone should know how Microsoft feels about their customers. They simply don't value them
    so I'm just gonna roll with my two playstations that I have never had to send back for repair. I just got the PlayStation VR anyway which is awesome! FU Microsoft!!!!

    It's not MS's fault. Check your TV and take your Xbox back and get a new one.

    Adios amigo. I hard reset my console about once a week for sits n gigs. Other than that most problems are not overwhelming like you make them seem.

    The X1 seems to need some sort of automatic cache clearing batch file written into its programming.

    i will presume you have been on the old phat style up to now?

    the newer slims are much more reliable and i think they have a 3 year warranty on red ring now,don`t they?

    it would be much cheaper to get yourself a brand new slim and sell off your old one for spares or repairs than going over to sony and starting over.
