Done...unlocking for almost 3 months, Help?

Hi,

I have no idea if this is the right place to post for this but its the only place i could find so sorry if I'm in the wrong place. since the 2nd of June this year the halo mcc achievement "Attentive" for finding the 18th audio log has been "done...unlocking".
I know this is a common issue that usually clears up in couple of days but now its been just short of 3 months. can someone please help me get this issue fixed?

MCC Achievements not unlocking

Beat the pillar of autumn almost 2 weeks ago, still hasn't unlocked. Says Done! Unlocking... but not unlocking...

The survey that you referenced is the only way to resolve achievement issues, and unfortunately no one in Support, Twitter, or the forums here will be able to assist. You will receive an email once the investigation is done from the survey results. Unfortunately
is no set time for how long the investigation takes, but once it has completed, you will get an email.

Try this page.if it still doesn't unlock fill in the survey at the end and it will get fixed for you

Hey mate,

Halo MCC is notorious for glitchy achievments, so I wouldn't stress too much as from what I've heard, pretty much all of them get sorted out in the end

Follow the instructions provided by imnotGeoff, and hopefully it should fix the issue
