'Done! Unlocking...' for 2 months

It's been 2 months now for my last Achievement on Far Cry 4 (Xbox One) the Achievement I need left is 'The Rarest Game' 20G. I have tried every solution to troubleshoot the problem. Here's a list of what I have done:

> Recovered gamertag numerous times

> Started a new game numerous times to try and and get the Achievement requirements

> Cleared my Persistent storage by going to Disc and Blu-Ray > Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage

> Completely shut down the console over night

> Signed out of Xbox.com and Xbox Smartglass

> Singed in and out of my gamertag on the Far Cry 4 main menu

I have spoken to Microsoft on the online chat a few times and they said that they have seen the status of the issue has already been fixed based on their higher ups update.



Also Microsoft have also told me to contact Ubisoft but Ubisoft have turned around to me and said its Microsoft's department.



I have filled in this survey twice: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.



Can anyone guide me to any possible steps? Or will the Achievement eventually unlock in time? I'm hoping it will unlock this year.

Also has anyone had to wait ages for an Achievement to finally unlock?

MCC Achievements not unlocking

Beat the pillar of autumn almost 2 weeks ago, still hasn't unlocked. Says Done! Unlocking... but not unlocking...

 

Achievement Help

I've had an achievement pending saying "Done! Unlocking..." for over 2 months now, "Don't Panic" for 30G, which is just a level-completion achievement for the level "The Real World". Xbox support told me to leave this post with the reference #: 1292440162
