Hola que tal amigos, lo qu epasa que cuando tenia el xbox 360 compre el plantas vs zombies garden warfare y ahora que tengo el xbox one quería jugarlo y me di cuenta que no lo podía instalar tenia que volver a comprarlo porfabor alguien qu eme ayude, no
quiero volver a pagar el mismo juego cuando ya lo había comprado

Hey there BMetal!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to reload your game.

Seeing as the game is totally backwards compatible, maybe your console might need an update.

When you get a chance, try a soft reset of your console and then see if you can locate the game in ready to install afterwards. A soft reset is a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does
not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

hola, Bmetal primero que nada, verifique si inició sesión en su xbox one con la misma cuenta que usó en su 360. luego vaya a "Mis aplicaciones y juegos" y acceda a la pestaña "Listo para instalar". Tu juego debería estar allí.

Thanks for reaching out. In reference to the backwards compatibility on the Xbox one.

Check out the following troubleshooting articles:

If you purchase an Xbox 360 Game that is
compatible with Xbox One, you will be able to access the content on the Xbox One. Unfortunately, that game is not in the backwards compatible library.
