Спасибо за помощь но я уже это пробовал и не помогло суть в том что я ещё проверил на другом аккаунте если можно сделать домашняя консоль и получилась

Thanks for the reply! I understand there is an issue with setting the Xbox one as the home console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Thanks for the update, if still having issues after what Crystal suggested doing a soft factory reset. We recommend to do a full factory reset, this is where you will remove everything from the console. There could be a corrupt file within a game or app
causing the issue.
