    Dollar VS Euro


    I have a simple question: why is it that when I visit the international microsoft store GTA 5 for xbox one is 59,99 dollars and when I visit the xbox one store for my own country, The Netherlands in Europe, the game is 69,99 euro? Thats feels wrong........

    1 U.S. dollar =
    0.798543457 Euros
    59,99 Dollar is 48,24 Euro
    So how does Microsoft account for the difference................more then 20 euro.......easy money.

    Extreme price difference Xbox Stores (US vs NL)

    Hello Xbox,

    Today I saw that Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe Edition was available in the US Store for only 70 dollar (56 euro) via Majornelson.com. So I decided to go the the Xbox online store (in my case the Dutch/NL store) and was unpleased to see the high price of
    80 euro! Thats a difference of 24 euro / 30%! I noticed that a lot of games are 60 dollar (48 euro) in the US Store which are bing sold in the NL Store for 70 euros.

    Why is there such a huge difference in prices between stores?

    We pay even more i'm affraid. Earlier today I talked to the microsoft helpdesk and they stated that the game developer makes the prices . Is that true.....

    Game developers do set the price not Microsoft. Unless its a Microsoft Studios game of course. In the UK you pay more for everything not just GTA. You pay more taxes as well.

    T4 TB, are you allowed to buy the US version of the game, though? And if so, do you have a choice of languages?

    Am considering buying the Xbox One here in France, but I want my games in English (UK or US). I don't care if they charge me the FR prices in EU, I just want to play games in their original languages.
