hola. Tambien tengo un LG 2016 con dolby vision y una xbox one x. Desafortunadamente xbox one x maneja una versión más actualizada de dolby vision la cual corre a 60hz de tasa de refresco y la de los tv LG de 2016 va a 30hz. es por ello que no sale compatible.
LG no ah dado respuestas de actualizar el software de dolby vision para xbox one x. y microsoft no lo se muy bien la verdad. Pero en la pagina de dolby puede revisar que televisores son compatibles con dolby vision en xbox one. En pocas palabras, podemos esperar
actualización por parte de microsoft para soportar 30hz en tv LG.. o esperar Actualización por parte de LG para soporta Dolby vision 60hz en xbox one x.

I was thinking that as well D33dles. I think his TV supports HDR10 which is what he would need. All LG OLED TVS released in 2016 will support Dolby Vision.

 

Dolby vision in the Netflix app

I have an LG 4k HDR/Dolby vision tv and on the Netflix app on my Xbox one x only HDR is displayed on movies and shows that are in Dolby vision on Netflix. Does the Netflix Xbox app not show Dolby vision or am I missing something?

We have split this issue from the
original post so we can better assist with catered answers! Since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) to reset the display settings.
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
