Dolby Atmos movie stuttering

Anyone experience audio/video stuttering in Dolby Atmos movies while playing in movie app with passtrough enabled ? It start when i enable the subtitles. Till i do that then the movie is playing correctly

If I disable passtrough then everything is ok but i can’t play the atmos track in movie, only 5.1 is possible but if I enable passtrough and add subtitles then playing Dolby atmos make all content stutter and finally app get stuck.

My configuration is: seres x -> Samsung HW N950 -> LG oled C8

We are looking for related resources and what we found is a single support article for headset settings on Xbox which is far from this topic. This issue can be caused by the settings used for the Dolby Atmos and/or the movie app feature.

I removed the app and install again, no change. I saw over the reddit that this is a common problem 🙄

try checking for updates in my games and apps for the installing/updating of the "windows media player" app and see if that fixes you're issue.

Dolby Atmos will get static during movies on Netflix, some Dolby Atmos movies on Netflix will not play most of the time. Atmos stays on, but when errors occur resetting the Dolby Access app doesn't help at all. I have also noticed the static sound with
all bitstream audio, while playing a movies, music or games, and sometimes even in the Xbox One S menus.

I can confirm this bug with the Dolby Atmos app.

My setup: Denon X4200W receiver with Xbox One S.

Atmos works fine in the Dolby Atmos app, Blu-Ray and Netflix (the movie Okja is the only Atmos movie on Netflix). All other Netflix videos and Xbox apps default back to 2.0 down mix as posted above.
