Dolby Atmos is creating an echo.

Have anybody else a problem with Xbox Atmos sound creating an echo.

When I bitstream DTS the problem goes away. No problem when using Atmos on Bluray, only when I play games and watch Netflix.

Neve had that happen with Atmos, but I do have a problem when running FF XV and Atmos on, it lags the game that bad that it takes around 10 mins to load the game then it is unplayable, once I turn off Atmos everything is ok again.

I have the same problem outputting to Onkyo LS7200 Atmos soundbar, info on player shows Dolby HD even though disc is on Atmos soundtrack. Also I think the Atmos in game has echo on the surround channels which clears up if I go to DTS output from the sound
options on the xbox x . Overall not impressed.

*maybe* this "problem" is exactly how the Dolby Atmos App on Xbox One X works.

Dolby Atmos native content? perfect! Dolby Atmos playback.

No Dolby Atmos? the App upmix current audio track to Dolby Atmos (the headphones features works in this way).

I don't know if is intentional.
