    Hello, I would like to come back here again to tell you that Dolby Atmos for headphones still does not work, the sound remains in stereo, I am in Alpha Skip Ahead, this problem persists since 2005.200418-000. At the present time after having tried all the possible manipulations it does not work (except leaving the Insider program, there everything works but I prefer to stay in Insider so that the problem is corrected). Atmos for headphones is paid so I would like to take advantage of it. More and more people are complaining about this! It is a priority! Try to compare the files of the update where this problem started with that of before for example. I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible, we trust you

    Xbox Series X Audio Delay 150-250ms (Stereo Uncompressed)

    The Xbox audio settings I have available are as follows:

    HDMI audio:

    * Stereo Uncompressed

    * Dolby Digital

    * Dolby Atmos for Home Theater

    Headset Format:

    * Stereo Uncompressed

    * Windows Sonic for Headphones

    * Dolby Atmos for Headphones

    * DTS Headphone:X

    Tried all of them. Nothing helped.

    Is it possible that you set your sound output for headphones to Dolby Atmos and didn't buy the Dolby Atmos App?

    If so, you will be able to try Dolby Atmos through Headphones for 14 days, after which it'll stop working.

    You need to switch to basic Stereo or Windows Sonic if you want spatial 3D sound without paying for Dolby Atmos.

    Is your console enrolled in the Insider Preview Program?

    When you go to the settings under Display&Sound, do you have the console set up to also play game sound through the headphones? If so, do you use any spatial surround modes like Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos for headphones?

    If you set it to Dolby Atmos for Headphones, did you actually purchase Dolby Atmos for headphones? If not, you could only try Dolby Atmos for headphones for two weeks. So check the settings if the headphones work with Stereo or Windows Sonic.

    My headset works on Party Chat on xbox one, but when playing videos and other sounds, I cannot hear any from my headset. What should I do?

    Can you go to the console settings and under Video and Audio settings, check that game sound is also sent to the headphones, and not just TV.

    You can then choose to have the sound in Stereo, Spatial 3D sound via Windows Sonic, and if you bought the Dolby Atmos App, also Dolby Atmos for Headphones.

    Game audio not working

    Open the Guide by pressing the Xbox button.

    Go to settings.

    Then go to the Display & Audio settings.

    Under the audio settings, check which audio format you use for your headphones.

    If you set it to "Dolby Atmos", you need to have PURCHASED the Dolby Atmos for Headphones app. If you only got the free Dolby Atmos app, this will only give you 14 days of Dolby Atmos to test it out, and then stops working.

    Try to change your audio format to Stereo or Windows Sonic (which is also a spatial 3D sound Format like Dolby Atmos).

    Does that work now?
