Sorry to hear it. I have just tried downloading the app and it worked for me. Please try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If you have a wireless connection you could also
try connecting via ethernet cable to see if that helps.

HI im sorry youhaving a issue with this. I just got a new rig 800 headset and did the download no issue. You might want to get in contact with the manufacture.

This is how it was solved for me.

From Dolby access website:

Open your console web browser and search for "Get Dolby Access." You should get a link that is titled "Get Dolby Access - MS Store" or similar. The URL will be a Microsoft URL, not a Dolby URL.

2. Click on "Get the App."

3. Choose to accept when the message prompts you to launch the Store app.

4. Download Dolby Access or Headphones from this new instance of the MS Store. If already purchased, choose "Launch."
