    Okay, so basically I was shipped a download code for Dolby Atmos for Headphones with a product I purchased that, amazingly, was already redeemed. I talked to Plantronics (the company bought from) and they told me that I should reach out to MS (you guys)
    as, according to them, MS is the one that issues the codes.

    It was odd because the PC Headset (RIG 800HD) was a new product, shipped on the 24th of July, got here on Friday, and just got around to setting them up today (as my wife gave birth to our first child very early Saturday morning.) The product manufacture month
    is July 2018 as well. When I tried to redeem the code I got an error, and some text, saying it was already used. (nMKoFEK6L0OlHzdB.1.1.6.6 2018/07/31 - 03:37:14 UTC).

    This all said, I contacted MS Support via Chat and after some digging a nice woman named Belle told me that the code I was given was used, and to reach out here for a workaround. I've never had this happen to me before, and any help is appreciated in what
    to do moving forward.

    Dolby Atmos on Netflix

    Dolby Atmos and Atmos for headphones are two different things. Netflix does not support Atmos for headphones as far as I am aware

    Is your console enrolled in the Insider Preview Program?

    When you go to the settings under Display&Sound, do you have the console set up to also play game sound through the headphones? If so, do you use any spatial surround modes like Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos for headphones?

    If you set it to Dolby Atmos for Headphones, did you actually purchase Dolby Atmos for headphones? If not, you could only try Dolby Atmos for headphones for two weeks. So check the settings if the headphones work with Stereo or Windows Sonic.

    In that case you would have to contact the store where you bought the headset from.

    It might be that Plantronics added duplicate codes or some other error happened with the code. However, Microsoft can't really help you with that, as you have a purchasing "contract" with Takealot.

    They need to deal with this and contact Microsoft themselves to sort out the code issue.

    I understand what you're saying, but here's the rub. The scratch pad to reveal the code was unscathed as well.

    I also appear to not be the only person with this problem.
