    Dolby Atmos cutting in and out.


    I have a sound bar that supports Dolby Atmos and I am in the fast ring of the preview updates. When playing games or streaming video the sound works fine. As soon as I go to home the sound cuts out, sometimes if I am moving around a lot in the home screen
    it will click back on. It almost seems like unless it is getting a continuous signal it just stops sending any audio. This can be annoying because when switching to games or video the sound sometimes takes up to 20 sec to start working again. I have the Atmos
    for home theater option selected in the settings of my Xbox One S.

    I have the same problem, but my Xbox One X pushes Dolby Atmos to non Dolby Atmos movies. Also my Xbox pushes out HDR to non HDR movies. It's very frustrating that the sound cuts in n out even when I play Shadow of The Tomb Raider that's Dolby Atmos. Even
    Avengers Infinity War sound cuts in n out. Since I have a Geek Squad warranty, I took my LG SJ9 to Best Buy. They tested all Dolby Atmos scenarios and never once did they have a problem with the soundbar in Dolby Atmos mode cutting in n out. There's something
    wrong with the Dolby Atmos signal the Xbox One X uses that the SJ9 has problems decoding.

    Xbox One X 4k Blu Ray Won't Play Dolby Atmos

    My Xbox One X will not play Dolby Atmos when using a Blu Ray disk, but Dolby Atmos games and the Dolby Atmos app work fine.

    I recently purchased "Coco" on 4k Blu Ray and it will pass a Dolby Atmos signal to my Onkyo TX-RZ900. My receiver is Atmos capable, and works fine with Atmos games such as Gears of War or the Dolby Atmos app.

    I have tried changing every setting I think of and clear the blu ray cache, and still nothing.

    I have the same problem with SONY HT-ST 5000 soundbar.

    Random cut outs and the sound is full of cracking/popping sounds.

    PCM sounds fine.

    Yeah i have thought doing that but if it causes new problems thats not good solution. I just dont understand that companies dont bother do prober testing before they put these out...if people all over the world say same kinda things with different setups..its
    barely been tested. When problems occurs big companies seems to take minor actions to fix it. This problem has been since launch of it so..its long time ago. Team that made this atmos support on xbox should have pride of their hard work and fix it ASAP! That

    I have the same problem, only happen with atmos never with other bitstream output. Did change hdmi cable / hdmi port and a factory reset , still here . Any idea if its an atmos app issue or if its an hardware issue ?

    connected to a denon x4400 and tv is lg oled b7 (not on the arc port)
