Dolby Atmos annoying problem

Hi everyone if you are experimenting problems with Dolby Atmos playback you are in the same situation I was, ok this is my AV setup

65” LG TV OLED65E6P

SC-97 9.2 Channel Networked Class D3 AV Receiver

Pioneer speakers Dolby Atmos enabled SP-EFS73, SP-EBS73-LR, SP-EC73 and SW-E10 subwoofer
Xbox One X
4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc™ Player with HDR Compatibility UP970
ROKU Ultra (I use streaming tv service from sling tv Netflix streaming and Blu-ray rental disc service, no cable too expensive for a few channels I watch)
Apple TV 3rd generation
At first I was debating in purchasing Xbox one x or the LG 4K UP970 player and keep my Xbox one but since Xbox one X was 4K and Dolby Atmos capable I made up my mind when I first got the X everything was ok with Blu-ray and Netflix playback Dolby Atmos
was awesome but then after those updates from Xbox X it was a nightmare there was no Dolby Atmos when playing 4k Movies using Blu-ray app I did everything possible to get it fixed I called Microsoft support and the representative had no clue about Dolby Atmos
so I did what she told me to do and got nothing solved the next day I uninstalled Blu-ray and Dolby Atmos apps from the X and it made it worse because at first I at least had Dolby Atmos when playing Netflix so I searched everywhere Microsoft forums AV forums
YouTube you name it and nothing everyone else had the same problem I think it was like a month hoping that the issue was fixed with an update on the X but nothing so I gave up and went to buy the LG 4K player and after setting it up I had another surprise
no Dolby Atmos whaaaaaaattttt??? I couldn’t believe it so I searched about this issue on the LG 4K player and found nothing just a case with a guy on YouTube that solved the issue by setting it up using zone 2 on his receiver but I couldn’t do that on mine
because they are different brands plus if I’m not mistaken zone 2 gives you less audio channels so I took a decision and this is where you are going to thank me and I really hope this help all those Dolby Atmos fans this is what you do this should work with
pioneer and onkyo receivers since they are the same company but give a try if you own a different reciever or sound bar ok this is what you need do make sure you have installed Dolby Atmos app and working with the demos playback now “reset your reciever or
sound bar to the factory settings and set it up again you know with all the connections and speakers calibration and eureka problem solved” that not only solved my Dolby Atmos playback problem with my Xbox one X but with my LG 4K player as well I really hope
this solve everyone’s issue with the audio issue and Microsoft I deserve an award no? Lol Now you can advise people to do this operation instead of resetting the Xbox and solving nothing or doing updates that won’t help I usually don’t post anything on forums
or give reviews but I wanted to help people with this annoying problem ok folks my job here is done excuse my English but isn’t my first language enjoy your Dolby Atmos audio and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone

Dolby Atmos Problem bei 4K Filmen

Hi Leute,

ich hab folgendes Problem, meine Xbox One X spielt die Dolby Atmos App sowie Assassin’s Creed Origins perfekt im Dolby Atmos Tonformat ab.

Sobald ich einen 4K Film einlege (Logan, John Wick) mit einer Dolby Atmos Tonspur (Englisch) bekomme ich nur noch ein Dolby True HD Tonformat angezeigt. Ist das ein generelles Problem?

Vielleicht hat jemand das selbe Problem...
