    Anyone else stuck at the loading screen on Dolby access? “Xbox series X” ?

    Need to configure it for the home theater and it won’t open. I’m afraid to deleted it because I have set it up for headphone already.

    If it does not open then I’m sort off screwed. I have a license bought and everything.

    So I would like to know if it’s only me experiencing this.

    I'd first recommend you to power cycle your Xbox (If you have any external HD on your console, please remove it and try openning Dolby Access again without it plugged in after the power cycle):

    ​​​Power Cycle:

    ​​​1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​

    ​​​

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console:

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note: the "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to your account again.

    Would you please try these two steps and see if they work?
