Dolby Access No Update for Sound Settings

Recently there was an update to the Dolby Access App on the Xbox (and Windows 10) that allows changing of sound settings, including an equaliser. As shown in this image taken from Reddit:

I don't have these new settings on my Xbox One X - it's missing the settings tab altogether. I do however have them in the Windows 10 Dolby App.

Any reason why it's not appearing on my Xbox? Any help would be really appreciated.

Have you seen if the app been updated already? I mean in your xbox, maybe still need to be updated, otherwise try to reinstall it and see if that helps.

Hi ,

I would try deleting the app, Power cycle/reset the console and the reinstall the app to see if you get the most up to
date version of the app.

I should have mentioned I'd tried reinstalling the app, but I hadn't tried a power cycle/reinstall so I gave it a go. Still no good.

My version is showing as

L: 3.1.4013.70. Is this the latest?

Could this be due to geographic location perhaps? I'm in New Zealand.

I would try deleting the app, Power cycle/reset the console and the reinstall the app to see if you get the most up to
date version of the app.
