Dolby Access app in loading screen infinitely. Anyone else?

Hey I'm having a problem loading into the cbs all access app I try using it and it won't even load into the menu anyone else having the same problem?

So i got this response from Dolby customers support:

” Microsoft has confirmed there is a Windows miscommunication with the recent Xbox update, and Dolby Atmos is functional despite them.

Instead of using the Dolby Access app, please use the steps below to enable Dolby Atmos until Microsoft releases a permanent fix:

1) Press your Xbox guide button on your controller and navigate all the way right and Settings.

2) From here, select Display & Sound, then Audio output.

3) Once you’re here you can select Dolby Atmos.”

Which is all well and good (and some fine passing the buck to MS) but I *can’t* bypass the Access app. Has anyone else been able to? Dolby maintains i can but I haven’t found a way. Xbox insists I open/install Access app.

Any update to this, only happens in halo infinite, tried many other games and no issue? has anyone reported this issue as a halo infinite bug or do we think its a bug with headset firmware, could it be to do with dolby atmos?

Please check the status of the Dolby Access license. Make sure that your Dolby Access license is active and linked to your Microsoft account. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft Store and checking your purchase history: https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history.

And then go to the Dolby Access app, sign out of your account, and then sign back in.

Next is to check for update. Both the Dolby Access app and your Xbox console should be up to date.

Then reset Dolby Access App To do this kindly go to Settings > Apps > Dolby Access > Advanced Options > Reset. This can sometimes resolve issues with the app.
