I bought the game back in december when it was free for gold, but now it says i no longer own it, is there any way i can regain ownership of it?

I have same problem :-( worms battlegrounds worked fine, why this no?! :-(

Are you sure it was purchased with the gamertag that you are posting with? Please be sure to check other gamertags to see if it's available for them. If you did not purchase it on your gamertag and another tag did then that tag must be set as the Home
tag in order to share the game otherwise it would need to be logged in.

If you do believe that the game was added to your account check the purchase at commerce.microsoft.com.
