    Doesn't work on pc

    Having the same problem I was playing fine the night it came out and now it crashes on the start screen. I have called both Xbox and Microsoft support and just get disconnected from the line and the twitter account has not answered

    I am also having this problem and I have found that it will progress a little bit further after each system reboot. I am about on my 10th reboot at this point but still not able to get into the game.

    the only way i found to play it is to make a second account and play it on that

    Having the same prob played for over an hour it said a different profile logged in and that was it CTD. Now everytime i open it it logs into my xbox account and CTD. Contacting support is a joke

    Doesn't work on pc

    I am having the same 'ish problem as well. It asks me to push enter to continue on the start screen and then it crashes when i do so.

    There is no support for this game at all. You're basically just out of luck if you bought this for the PC.

    Hello There ! Sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused you.

    Is the issue also present when you go to Xbox.com from your PC and click on Sign In?

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app?

    Wondering if you have made any changes on your device that might be responsible?

    It is also possible that there is a network interruption with the Xbox Live server, the app is out-of-date or your app has lots of corrupted data.

    You may try resetting the Xbox app:

    1. Go to Start
    2. Click on Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Click on Apps & Features
    5. Locate the Xbox app
    6. Click on Advanced Options
    7. Select Reset
    After resetting, kindly restart the device for changes to take full effect.

    Hi, i have talked 3 times with the Xbox support and one times with the windows support. The last one said me to wait 24-48 hours because he had to talk about it with a specialist. After 2 days i got an email with another 7 fix to try ("Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store" is the name of the guide) but the problem is still here...
    I don't know what to do, the app is unusable.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    That's odd. As long as you're using the same account you should be able to play on both without any issues. You can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

    * You can see and upload community creations

    * You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

    * Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

    * You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

    * You can create and join clubs

    * You can join multiplayer games

    Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.
